We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase they make for their home. If you are unhappy with any item purchased, just return it within 5 days of receipt for an exchange or a gift card of equal value to exchange the item for something different  (redeemable at www.linnscyberstores.com). Please be sure to include your order number for tracking purposes.  (See our return policy on the "About us" page for more information. )     

What if I receive an item that is damaged?

If an item you have ordered for your home is received damaged or broken, please contact our staff immediately (with-in 5 business days) and a replacement will be sent, as soon as possible, no questions asked (see the page titled "Contact us" for e-mail address and phone number).

What if my order is lost?

Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time (2-5 business days). We will then begin our process of tracking the shipment to locate the missing merchandise. Be sure to include the tracking number for your order with your request.

How do I know I will receive good quality merchandise?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied so we offer only the highest quality merchandise available and keep our prices affordable.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Do you have catalogues available?

Yes, we do offer catalogues with our home decorating products for your home. Just send us an e-mail request and we will be happy to send our most recent catalogues for your review. You will find not all of our home decorating products are featured on our web site. You may easily place an order by mail or by fax. We have order forms in each catalogue we offer.
